Thought of the day

As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!

The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".

This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

My dad was a smashing bloke but ill-educated. Probably due to him and his brothers playing truant constantly. 😂

All that aside he was a hard worker and I never wanted for anything.

He always said to me 'Education was the finest thing in the world'

He was so proud when I went into nursing and every exam I passed was a reason for celebration for him. ❤️
