Re Voltarol @Anonymous I can't advise you as an individual. It is good for a lot of people, however you are on other tablets and as I'm not a doctor, I wouldn't know whether they are suitable for you or whether they would have an adverse effect.

Too many analagesics and anti inflammatory drugs are never good for anyone. Eventually they cease to have the required effect.

I do understand ... I'm not silly with tablets prescribed ... or ... otc over the counter

Just thought, I'm up for a health review with my GP soon, it will probably be done over the phone, I can ask about Voltarol tablets then ... Wonderful

Dear @Cleoriff  and @Anonymous 

Just right when you get pain you tense up makes it worse.  When I get chance I use a heat pad on my back to relax muscles.  My back pain went down my right leg and to my toes and if I work alot I feel a tingling in my toes "not your happy tingling either"

Anyway I overcome that is what I think.

I have never visited a Doctor since the stretcher ~ plough on!
