Ah now your talking @TallTrees. Love dates.
I've also ridden a camel when we went to Tunisia. Very comfortable.

It had to be tried, @Cleoriff - and was surprisingly tasty, tbh.
You haven't had cheese until you have tried ġbejniet - sheep's milk cheese, often air-dried after covering in pepper or herbs:

You can try to change me as much as you like @pgn but, if it isn't MILD CHEDDAR, you can stick it where the sun don't shine 😂

Well you dare devil @Cleoriff
Riding a 🐫 CAMEL love it 🤣
In Tunisia @TallTrees. A beautiful hotel with it's own stables for arabian horses which you could ride along the beaches first thing in the morning and later, have a camel ride if you wished.
Needed to be careful with the camels though. They went down on their knees for you to dismount. If you weren't holding tight you would somersault off them head first. 😂

We went to a Bedouin when we went on a Jeep Safari in Dubai
Doubled up on a camel then sat round a big fire eating all sorts of local food
It was an experience but not one I would care to repeat
Been there, done that and crossed off the bucket list! 🐫
