I'm thinking it could be something like a ..... bookplate ..... you write on it say to Whom & then a Greeting and then From

I have a few books to put in the post ..... all mine come from Amazon

Just to personalize a few gifts ... by ... *Ahem* ... Royal 'Not fit to be called Royal' Mail

Perhaps there is a Marketplace out there for someone to design and print then sell some ..... #Just Sayin'

I think you are right with it being called a 'bookplate'...

Meant to add my books go to the town's independent Cat Rescue now mostly for Senior cats with say problems with teeth ... & ... kidneys ....... my Marvellous Marty the Magnificent had those & some ....... lovely knowledgeable lady is where he came from at 4.1/2 years old. He made 17 & a bit more. Also clothes I cannot no longer get into go there as well and bric-a-brac for her to sell on various stalls she runs about the area. 

Wednesday was a good one for me ....... hope it was for all on the O2 Community ....... must have another Brandy Alexander at 2 o' clock in the afternoon XX
