Oh I know. I couldn't live without my PC or mobile phone. There again we didnt have Sars, Ebola or Covid 19!!

We did have "childhood illnesses", [which mumps and chicken pox were called] but didn`t have the plagues of recent years and today... Oh for the days gone by...
While I`m loving these trips down memory lane, there are also reminding me how blooming old I am

Very nostalgic guys and yes, makes me feel old. But to me, childhood was traumatic. The thing though was that life was simple and parents didn't need to worry about jobs and the only worries were the hidden monsters out there.
I have changed my signature under protest thanks to @Cleoriff and @Bambino for pointing it out That will teach me to do things at 2am with the cat pawing me for his supper!
