Looks like another day of lashing rain here in Warwickshire. Sun shining when I first got up , load of washing in...by the time the washer is finished, it's black skies and rain chucking it down...:rage:

The garden's doing OK Jane....Problem is, one minute my plants are unfurling and reaching for the sun...the next minute they are being battered by lashing rain.

Mind you we are expecting a heatwave next week, so no doubt that will be even worse!

Hope you had a good night's sleep @Mi-Amigo :smiling:

Before my mum & dad retired to Skipton, their previous house had a very large print of a tiger in the lounge ... dunno what happened to it ... I would have rather liked it, to go with my other animal pictures here in the little bedroom where my laptop desk is

Showers this morning now the sun is breaking through. Nice breeze keeping it comfortable.

Forecast Monday through Thursday hot 30°-34° before the temperature becomes more hospitable. Not looking forward to that. I can see me not moving, apart from taking down my rubbish on Thursday morning (very early, like 5am) and sitting by my fan to survive.

Rain is forecast while the temp's so high but it doesn't take till Thursday, so goes the forecast.

We've had insufficient rain to make a difference to gardens or trees in London, could use the rain that's lashing down where you are @Cleoriff big time!

After persisting down this morning the sun is now out and I've walked up to the cricket and I'm watching it with a pint from the White Bull. Heaven....

Same here @Cleoriff, sunny, very warm but breezy.

It's going to get worse before it gets better, unfortunately.
