One of the good things about long hospital stays - the only good thing - is the nurses, and the doctors, become good friends. Though I'm sure you'd rather be home among all your friends there and, of course, your lovely wife.

Fingers crossed all goes well and you're back home enjoying a beer outside the pub watching the world go by.
