kicked my old basic Epson printer in frustration many many months ago 
therapeutic for me for about 3 nano-seconds but really, really bad for the printer

Wish I could shift some of my weight but being a couch potato not going to happen any time soon. I'm not lazy but for health reasons I can't do much walking or exercise. I try to eat healthily so that I don't put on any more weight but that's about it.
Anyway enough about me. Well done @Anonymous. Are you down to your desired weight or do you want to lose more?
