This month we've had a lot of random (but all good) threads - such as what Star Wars character are you, what Friends character are you, what animal fits your personality, even one about shoe size, so here's the next one........

tattoos slight_smile

Have you got any tattoos or are you completely against them?

Each to their own - I don't necessarily mind if someone has tattoos or not - it's their body - - but I have to admit it would personally be put me off if it was someone who went OTT and had them all over their face.

I have 13 tattoos in total - some are quite small and a lot of them are hidden most of the time (as I don't go out in a vest top and shorts everyday), apart from my bracelet ones.

When you're drunk in Spain they do

They don't sound decent I know 😞 but to be fair, they healed quicker than some others I've had slight_smile

Hehe, seen lots of them 😄

As I said I have only one and never regretted it. It is personal, a totally 'me' thing.

As a decoration, I'd love a foot tattoo but as Gemz says it's far too painful (no flesh under the skin), so not keen. I've seen a few design I like and also have a custom one but not fully convinced, so no go yet 🙂

How about you, guys, any additions in mind? 🙂

I was visiting the East Coast a while ago.

The tatt shop was on the way down to the beach and the front door was a stable door, so you could look in. Something I hate. This should be done in a back room which is more private.

Anyway a group of guys were in there having celtic bands across the front of their chins, who were clearly very merry ,but soon shut up when the needle hit their chin bones.

Shook my head and walked on.

I still want one more but I haven't decided yet.

I've always liked the tribal symbol in the TV series Charmed as it reminds me of me and my sisters.

This will most probably sound stupid but when my mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer I had mum on the top inside of my arm done when she passes away I'm thinking about getting her year of birth and death added on

Something similar to what my eldest son had inked on his chest when his Grandmother, my mum passed away after losing her battle to the big C.

His way of helping him deal with the loss and helps him to remember her.

Nothing stupid their friend.

I have dad on my arm - obviously it's not to remind me that he died but it's my own kind of tribute to him slight_smile

I couldn't ink this kind of tributes. Just me. I'd make me sad.
