This month we've had a lot of random (but all good) threads - such as what Star Wars character are you, what Friends character are you, what animal fits your personality, even one about shoe size, so here's the next one........

tattoos slight_smile

Have you got any tattoos or are you completely against them?

Each to their own - I don't necessarily mind if someone has tattoos or not - it's their body - - but I have to admit it would personally be put me off if it was someone who went OTT and had them all over their face.

I have 13 tattoos in total - some are quite small and a lot of them are hidden most of the time (as I don't go out in a vest top and shorts everyday), apart from my bracelet ones.

When I showed it to my mum she cried her eyes out and said that's so nice it was a great thing to do I have to admit it's the first thing I look at when I get up

Lovely story 🙂

I've had my tattoo for over 10 years. I don't advertise it, it's there in the summer but most people don't notice it as it's not in-your-face.

I was out with my dad for lunch a few months ago and he started having a quiet rant about our heavily tattooed waitress ( super lovely girl and very good at her job). When I pointed out that I have one too (which *he* didn't notice, it's there), it was confusion 😄

I think tattoos are addictive I personally don't like them on the face or hands but like them on the wrist especially on a woman my mum has several and one on each foot so come on Chiara I dare you

Yeah, I agree there's a level of addiction. Adrenalin kicks in and it's woah! I wasn't expecting it.

I can totally understand why people would have one after another.

Damien, I take on most dares but not this one 😄

My sister has them on her feet too I would say go for it if you really want it it's a small time of pain for a lifetime reward but I guess if you can't bring yourself to do it I get that wink

I'm getting peer pressure to have a foot tattoo!

😛

Don't watch this space, there's plenty of other stuff in the pipeline to better myself 🙂

Hmmm...not sure, Damien. I don't take unnecessary pain very lightly. 😛

Had my first one a week ago at the grand old age of 63. Thought long and hard about it but it's personal and written in Thai down my forearm. It wasn't a decision taken under the influence of alcohol but I made sure I was well under whilst having it done!:smileywink:
