Staff Discount

Hi, I am aware that this is not necessarily a customer question, I was just wondering as I have just started working for o2 yesterday, does anyone know how long you have to be working there for before you get the Family & Friends discount/staff plan?

yeah call center staff have a 3 month probationary period. so if its the same for store then i guess thats right

Although I work  in an O2 retail store, so it may be slightly different, as long as you have your employee identification number then you can take up the staff only tariff and start dishing out friends and family discounts, so immediately.

Oh before I forget, it you are one of "us" who seem not to clock off and spend time helping on this forum make sure to put a disclaimer in your signature (see below this post for my example), the same goes for any social networks where you make any reference to being an O2 employee.

When I first started a colleague applied a F&F discount on my account until I was due an upgrade, I then moved onto the staff tariff. Unlimited data ftw
