Hi, I am aware that this is not necessarily a customer question, I was just wondering as I have just started working for o2 yesterday, does anyone know how long you have to be working there for before you get the Family & Friends discount/staff plan?

I did and he said he doesn't know haha, helpful 😕 just wasn't sure if there was a standard amount of time

It used to be 3 months but it may have changed since I worked there.

I work for a store, I know my friend who works in a call centre got hers after three months so I assume it would be the same just to make sure you actually stay with the company first I guess haha.
