@Enlli Just to be clear you WILL need the new R15 5G SIM to use this latest technology, if you've had a new SIM from around mid January this year, it's likely you will have the correct SIM. If not you will need to request a new one via the usual routes 😊

If you're unsure on your type of SIM, customer services can easily confirm 👍

@fng52 We've got no further details to share currently on using this technology with your device. Please keep an eye out for any future updates 👍

HI @Dave-O2

What is "Pay Monthly 360"? Obviously, we all know what Pay Monthly is, but the addition of "360" seems to be an important distinction. Can you advise? I don't think is the a plan/tariff under that name....

Thanks @Dave-O2

Is there a way customers can know if theyve been migrated, especially in cases like this, where you need to have been migrated to use a service (like Standalone 5G)?

Your myo2 on the web will have a modern look, and you will only have one Direct Debit for device and airtime coming out of your bank account.

And bear in mind its only for some devices....

At least O2 have rolled it out to all customers who have been migrated t0 360 rather than the mess that Vodafone are claiming that has launched.

If you can see the 5G add-on in my O2 then you've been migrated and/or if you can access your account via mymobile2.o2.co.uk

Vodafone don't have SA on iPhone yet.

It's still slowly rolling out for a limited customer base for plans taken after a certain date and certain Android handsets.

@garetc Acording to the post from Dave-O2 you still may need a new SIM

So few people will see it on their phones just now
