O2 had best results for calls and texts but was behind EE in mobile internet according to a report published by Root Metrics since the rollout of 4G on O2 and Vodafone.

What is the make of the router? What does it say on the bottom of the router? Does it say ENCRYPTION KEY or KEY?

You now have the simple answer above, it's on the base of the router.
Perhaps if you had avoided putting the question in the thread title they might have seen it.

It is your problem. You don't have WiFi access on your phone. It isn't anyone else's problem. Did you look at the screenshot that adamtemp has showed you? That's what you need to set up WiFi on your phone. It's on the bottom of your router, which has been explained to you.
