Good Omens - Amazon Prime 31st May

I've never read any of the Discworld books but have seen all the adaptations and am really looking forward to seeing this.

Be prepared - remember the hoohah over The Life Of Brian?

People forget - it's just a story.  So it is with:

PS. You should read the book, it's going to be a bit rushed on-screen, I think. My copy, bought some 20years ago, is much-abused, as it has been read, re-read and lent over the years.

@pgn

Heard about that but was too young.

I have to say, I think the Python stuff was very much of it's time, I've never really found it amusing to be honest.

Oh, it takes a particular mindset - but here's how many reacted to the Python's Life of Brian:

And not to pick on any particular scene from Brian:

And get your notepad out, it's chock full of famous faces, Neil Gaiman personally asked certain people to play certain roles, and many of them obliged.

I expect an extravaganza, and a right rollicking ride to boot ๐Ÿ‘
