How many people do it?

The most important thing for me is....

Has anyone got any tips on how to get my veins to show better?

Today I had to abandon a blood letting, the vampiress stuck me 5 times before getting a trickle which proceeded to dry out pretty quickly:(

I've been 43 times so far and I've been stuck at least twice each session.

Now I've got a low body fat percentage, I'm fit and I eat and drink well.

Any help?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Poor guy. Well I'm sure I can speak for O2 community and wish him a speedy recovery.

@Anonymous this is on my 'to do' list when the blood donor people come into the town ... my dear dad bless him was a regular blood donor, they used to come to the factory where he worked

I do carry an organ donor card & have signed their online register

I was a regular blood donor up until 3 years ago. Give and you shall receive. I thank my Thai friends for also donating because I needed a bucket full myself 21 months ago.

I asked the hospital if I can now carry on donating but a Thai infection lives on in me (no it wasn't from the transfusion).

The squish down link that @Bambino provided seems to have worked.

TUC sandwich, biscuits, mince pies, crisps.. you name it @Cleoriff They're all there. Including Gluten free ...

The drinks are self service these days, but you get a choice of tea, coffee, chocolate, green tea, fruit tea and every other kind.

I always spend a good 20 minutes munching calories for the ride home! (Burp)
