It'll be fixed with a fw update done on ones ready to ship.
I bet voltage regulator needs limiting to lower temps.

A bit worrying for those customers getting their phones now. Best not to charge overnight for sure until they update the software.

Looks like Samsung are recalling the Note 7 and its not the charger thats at fault but the battery from understanding the reports. 3 in Ireland have already recalled them
