Hey everyone,
Welcome to the O2 Community movie night! After a week of voting we've decided on Signs as the movie to watch and tonight's the night
How is this going to work?
We'll all start the film at the same time, I'm thinking 8pm if that works for everyone? Then we can then discuss the movie as it happens in the comments of this thread. Feel free to get involved even if you only have Signs on a Blu-Ray or another streaming service.
There is a fantastic range of movies and TV shows that have just hit Disney+ with the launch of Disney Star so if everyone has fun tonight we can make it a regular feature.
Get your Disney+ Extra. Whether you’re new to O2 or upgrading, you can get 6 months of Disney+ on us, with our latest plans. Simply choose it as your Extra when you checkout.
Not ready for an upgrade? Add Disney+ as an Extra to your current plan via My O2 for £5.99 a month, and we’ll give you £2 a month off your bill.
Already got Disney+? That's no reason to miss out on 6 months on us. You can choose Disney+ as an Extra even if you're already a subscriber. Check out our Disney+ Extra FAQs for more info.

Hmmm. Was it supposed to be a semi horror suspense scifi movie? Distinctly unimpressed with the ending and lack of imagination by throwing in a token alien with a weakness of um, er water! So aliens travel across space and miraculuosly managed to eradicate condensation? And planned a worldwide invasion by using the shipping forecast on Radio 4 to avoid bad weather?
Though one thing, who needs cat filters: I'm going to get a tin foil hat for work video calls

T'was Inkheart here for us - to see Marvel's Vision with long hair and Andy Serkis true to form. Several other well-known faces, and Jim Broadbent rehearsing for his Cloud Atlas part 🤣
It would have been Batman Returns, but couldn't find a free one anywhere 😎

He's also not keen on series. (Unless it's Line Of Duty).
I insisted on watching an excellent programme of BBC called The Serpent. This was based on a true story about Charles Sobhraj who travelled through Asia in the 70's, with his girlfriend, killing students, whilst posing as a gem dealer. It was excellent. However every time it was on Ray said, 'is this the last episode'?
It was well worth the watch, only 8 episodes long. Fascinating to see the work of a Dutch diplomat and Interpol who tracked him down and eventually caught him.
