There are some people whose crimes are so heinous that they don't deserve any human rights. This guy is one of them.

It's plain blatantly wrong ... reading the article he has plenty of a 'soft' life in prison even the company of a woman ... shocking / unbelievable ...

Norway signed up to the European Convention on Human Rights. They contravened that Convention just as Breivik contravened Norway's criminal laws.
Imprisonment is his punishment for that crime. Solitary confinement for potentially the whole of his sentence contravenes the Convention.
Breivik can't be blamed for a namby pamby Convention on Human Rights.
That's my take on it.

Breivic is inhuman...human rights? Yes put him in with others who will make him suffer beyond imagination. He will soon want solitary again...

Perhaps.......but he'll be back in court again pretty quickly because the Convention allows him to bring a case against the State.
I say again, it's a namby pamby Convention and it's open to abuse by the lowest of the low.

I agree with @jonsie. Solitary is too good for him. Put him in with the general population. Let prison justice sort him out.
