Hey guys,
Its time to focus the spotlight on another community member. This time around its @gmarkj is under the spotlight! gmarkj has been a member of the O2 community since March 2014 and has been a regular contributor across the whole forum.
We asked him a selection of questions to help you all get to know him better.
What’s your name and where are you from?
Gary Johnson, originally from Bedford but living in Rushden.
Favourite thing about the forum/what do you like best?
The fact that no matter the time, there will be someone on answering a question or posting something completely random.
Why did you join the 02 forums?
To find out about a promotion that was running.
Apple, Android or Windows?
Android. Choice, even if sometimes it might not be what you thought.
Favourite movie/TV show/actor?
Film – Dark Knight or Mr Holland’s Opus.
TV Show – IT Crowd, The Walking Dead or Russell Howard's Good News
Actor – David Tennant
Who's the most famous person you have met?
Derren Brown (briefly).
Do you have any pets?
Two cats, some fish and a hamster. Although technically the hamster is my daughters…
Cats or dogs which do you prefer and why?
I like both, but if I had to pick I would say dogs. The only better greeting when you get home than one from a dog is from a young child.
What is your zombie apocalypse plan?
Help my neighbours fortify our street and then stock up on fuel and food. Grow a Herschel style beard and learn how to shoot!
Favourite meal?
Roast dinner or good curry.
Future developments in mobile tech your looking forward to?
Better battery life – always looking for a charging point gets a bit tedious!
Hobbies besides mobile?
Reading, films/TV, music, family.
Awesome answers thanks gmarkj!

thanks for the kind words everyone.
That's one of the many things that make this forum one of the better ones. Along with somehow knowing more about how o2 works than some of it's employess (or contractors, if that is what live chat are!)

So what is it about android that has fallen short for you? x
it hasn't fallen short at all. Just meant that sometimes having choice is confusing as there are too many options, or ways to set up your phone, or apps to do a job, or... you get what I mean.

a bit of both - sometimes I do it, sometimes I am just a "guest" and I get to sit there and just eat.
it never seems to taste the same though if I cook it myself...
