At least you caught yours - the other one is still running free!Good grief really? Oh well soon we will hear new rumours of big cats roaming Dartmoor. (Gives Bodmin Moor a rest from the 'legend' I suppose....
When I was a kid, I used to pray I'd see a big cat in English woodland. But it would be terrifying now in all honesty! I hope the find the little one who's escaped. Its a Bobcat right? Still very dangerous animals. Beautiful though.

Back to the topic, I wish we'd see more info on cooking shows about how to use leftovers to make more meals. It is becoming more common though which is great. I think it would help lots of people think twice before throwing food out. I came from a family with a healthy phobia of food wastage thankfully. I used to clip around the ear for wasting

My mum was an expert on using leftover food for great meals. Monday for us was a brilliant bubble and squeak made from all the left over veg and potatoes.... This was served with the cold cuts of meat. She freshened up bread by spraying it with water and shoving it back in a hot oven for 10 minutes. Nothing was wasted in our house. Mum made the most delicious soups and stews from leftovers. Of course this was 'back in the day'...

My dad's Christmas Bubble and Squeak is as good as the main meal! We cook too much on purpose so that we can have Bubble for days :).

My fridge is full of food that the wife can't finish in the restaurant. Get's it wrapped to take away then it dies 2 days later in the fridge untouched. Got the best fed cats and dogs in Pattaya here.....
