o2 priority wont send code

I have a new o2 sim as of this morning have topped up and gotten the £10 data bundle. Am trying to register for priority tickets but after typing in my number nothing happens, It say a code has been sent but after 2 hours nothing has come through have tried via app and on computer

At a vastly inflated price. We have known people be ready to click buy now the minute the tickets go on sale @ryane828 and even without the problems you are having, they still fail to get them. We have asked O2  time and time again to review the system for purchasing tickets to make sure only true O2 Priority members get them. It wont happen though as O2 use Ticketmaster

wow i did try speaking to someone from their help line they didnt seem to have any idea so thank you for you help
