o2 priority wont send code

I have a new o2 sim as of this morning have topped up and gotten the £10 data bundle. Am trying to register for priority tickets but after typing in my number nothing happens, It say a code has been sent but after 2 hours nothing has come through have tried via app and on computer

The other possibility is that it may take 24 hours for your sim to be recognised on the system.

@ryane828 What device do you have the sim in?

It needs to ba a phone or device capable of receiving a text so not an iPad.

its a nokia lumia but says microsoft at top of the screen iv had other texts come through from o2 and other people

Yeah, should work OK then.

yhh deffo sure have tried +44 at start hasnt made any difference

@ryane828My advice would be to delete the Priority app, reinstall and try again. You will lose nothing if you aren't receiving the code. This time you may get it.

i think you may be right do you happen to know if theres a certain amount of priority tickets and how long they are on sale for?

Without wishing to upset you further there are very few priority advance tickets available and there are professional ticket touts out there each time to snap them up.
Annoyingly, you can usually find them on eBay a hour later though.......
