Hi.
Is anyone else having problems logging into the Priority app?
I have successfully used it in the past, but when trying to log in these last few days I input my O2 number, receive the security code, but then get a message saying ‘there was a problem with your request’.
i have tried re-installing the app.

For the future @MJG, it is worth bearing in mind that you can log into Priority on the web as an alternative to using the app :-

I’ve been having the same issue for the last month. I’ve deleted and re installed app but same result. The screen gives a choice to ‘sign in’ with either O2 or Virgin Media. You tap the O2 option and it pushes you through the virgin sign in.

What phone / Software versions are you using??
As not seeing the problem on my iPhone (OS 18.4.1) or Pixel 9 Pro Fold (OS Android 16 Beta 2)??

As I mentioned above @Rocker666, it is worth bearing in mind that you can log into Priority on the web as an alternative to using the app :-

Success or failure with a web log-in might help to narrow the problem down. 😀
