Priority tastecard offer not working

The 12 month free tastecard offer with £10 pizza express gift card isn't working. I've tried the code again but that isn't working too.

I would speak to Tastecard direct as the wife had this with her corporate perks tastecard, and they fixed it for her.

Same for me.   I did it all ok yesterday but no code received
