Hi,

I am new to this, but hoping someone can help. I was one of the random lucky ones to get a code for free tix to Thorpe Park, which is great. However, after the code was texted through the Priority site crashed and I couldn't get to the URL for the website to input the code to redeem.

So, I'm now sat here with a code for the tickets but unable to use it! Any ideas/advice or has the boat been missed?

I have been on to the live chat, which was an experience - they referred me to the Priority website, then Ticketmaster, then Ticket Web and then gave me an invalid number to call! So I need a breather from trying to explain to them.

Hoping one of you lovely people can help me.

The OP's post is a prime example of why we never suggest using Live Chat. We were told years ago that they were being 'retrained'. It never happened. It's a total shambles. Always has been. Always will be.
