O2 Priority app and website crashes when asking for my number and I am unable to log in

App working here, as is login on-line in a browser to both O2 and VM aspects, @s4vnnhh

For app, restart your phone and try again, then if no luck, uninstall and reinstall from the app store for your handset type.

For browser, try the VM side if you are a VM customer with an active VM broadband contract:

Try with a different browser, or via an Incognito or InPrivate tab or browser session.

Otherwise, contact O2 - the link just below has the ways to do this via Social Media, and nudge them until you get the attention of an agent. Good luck!
