My cinema code is no longer appearing for this week, I saved it on the tuesday and gone in to use but it says it is used. Another friend is having the same issue but she has a screenshot of the code and was able to book - is anybody else having the same issue?

Someone else had the same issue and O2 advised them to screenshot it too.
Maybe customer service can help you?

Contacted them on insta and twitter, they were quick on twitter and responded with a code I can use thanks!
