Im due an upgrade and after shopping around 02 is far more expensive. However i have 02 priority tickets for the future will all the perks be honoured?

Yes they will. You bought them when you were with O2 and that's all that matters.

Also i saw a deal with mobilephones direct but with 02 but cheaper thabk going direct. If i get my pac code to keep my number do i just call up 02 again and get to keep my number?

No need for pac.

Just call customer service to migrate your number and you'll still get Priority too.

You don't need a PAC if you are staying with O2. Just call customer services and ask them to migrate your number @Dalia
