Is this priority winning email real?

Recently joined up with O2 and too my surprise I have apparently won a meet and greet with Bon Jovi, which is fantastic. However I am not 100% sure if it's real or not. The email was sent from o2support@weticketit.com and asked me for only one thing. To RSVP, saying YES if I can make it and NO if I cannot. I have replied YES a few times now and haven't got a response since, any chance anybody who's won an event like this knows if this is legit?

I have never known anyone win a competition on O2 Priority @ollieisoffline without actually entering it. Hence I suppose the first question is did you enter a competition to win a meet and greet with Bon Jovi ? 

If you did not enter, it is unlikely to be legitimate. 👍
