No email confirmation

I purchased take that tickets yesterday on o2 priority and have been charged but I have not received an email confirmation. Also when I check o2/axs there is no order there either. I have the screenshot of the confirmation number. Please advise when I will receive confirmation and see the order on my account? Thank you
