I tried to use the voucher for a hot drink at Greggs on 01/09/25 but it wouldn't work, the screen kept freezing etc. When I got home I checked the O2 Priority app and it says that the voucher has been used when it certainly hasn't, please can you help? I don't have an X account so I cannot 'tweet for support' and O2 do not answer emails.

You do realise people only turn to Trustpilot when they are angry and when they have something to complain about or post 5* reviews when they are been paid to do so...
There is a simple answer, cancel you contract and move elsewhere simples
