I was sent a text by o2 saying I could have a 3 month FREE trial of Duolingo Plus. I could cancel before the end of the free trial to avoid paying a monthly/yearly subscription. My free trial ends this month, but I cannot find any way of ending it! I have checked other online comments & it would seem I’m not alone. There’s a lot of angry & confused customers. Good advice from @Cleoriff and I do hope you can stop the auto payment.
I have got to say (which isn't terribly helpful🤔) that however tempting
these so called free trial offers are, in my opinion, they are always best
