BTS - Love Yourself presale missing link

Hello everyone, 

I want to buy tickets for the BTS - Love Yourself tour through O2 priority, but the link isn't available anymore. There's no trace of the event on the O2 priority website or app and the tickets will go on sale tomorrow morning. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have wasted my whole day finding out about this and all O2 has given me is the official retailer (Ticketmaster) call line and website for purchasing the tickets. They have not confirmed with me the point of being able to purchase tickets in advance two days early. Seriously the guy who I chatted with on the live chat (not blaming him, he was as helpful as he could be) told me "All tickets are sold by official retailers (Ticketmaster, ticketweb) and have nothing to do with o2". Wow. So helpful. I'm not disappointed in him, I'm just so so disappointed with O2. What was the point of promising your customers early purchase when you don't deliver?

Link is gone again. I've spent ages trying to get through to someone who knows whats going on and all I am getting is the ticketmaster number!! This is so frustrating

Its not there any more, O2 were very unhelpful today when I asked what had happened to it.  First time I have tried to use O2 priority and will have some very disappointed nieces unless it reappears 😞

It says that the pre-sale has been cancelled ...but gives no more details!!!

Also listing the starting price for tickets as £62.50 when previously they were listed at £40...

I am the same my daughter will be heartbroken if I can’t get a hold of tickets for her She has been wanting BTS to come to the UK forever!! It would be courteous if o2 to at least offer an explanation as to why this is happening
