I had a new SIM card fitted in an o2 store yesterday and I have MB of data, but I can’t get a 4G signal or send text messages!

Are you able to receive calls and texts at all?

 

I would start by resetting the network settings, on the iPhone...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
