I recently upgraded my monthly contract to a sim-only contract last month. I have been using my old sim that I have had. I have not received a text from O2 about my bill information. Why is that? Do I need to swap my sims over? Please help.

Your billing date doesn't change so you won't get a bill until your usual billing date.
