Hi I've been on my son only plan for 3 months. I would like to up grade to a device but have to wait a other 2months and couple days. So my question is if I offered to pay them 2months and few day up front. Would I be able to upgrade sooner ?

It doesn't work like that, you need to show monthly payments going into your o2 account, paying upfront doesn't prove ability to pay a monthly expenditure.
O2's system also wont let customer services override this either
