Recently moved back to O2, via a new connection, signed up online and selected eSIM, but since checkout nothing has been recieved. Is says once you get order confirmation you should log into your account and get the eSIM.
How soon after sign up should you get the order confirmation? Feels like it should be immediate?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

It's best to start with a physical sim then switch to esim to avoid the system deficiencies.

@MI5 I recon you were right, social have told me the order is still processing. If I'd have requested an actual SIM I would probably have got it by now. Its been 3 days now and still no update, no order confirmation and no SIM.
Wondering if I should be worried and run away now

Based on what we see on here, I don't believe anyone would be recommending O2 right now, at least not until they get everyone switched to the new billing system which seems to be the root cause of most issues.

Nope they where all removed a while ago, so this is now just customer to customer community..
If they are saying its still processing then something is holding up the order, but the Sales Team are the only ones who can tell you owt...
