Rolling PLan 30gb for £10 offer

Hi, I saw the offer 30gb for £10 rolling plan and ordered a sim. I have tried via my account to access this. However, when I log in I can only see the normal deal which is 10GB. How can I get the 30GB offer?

I was with Virgin mobile who have now moved over to o2. Currently using a a virgin mobile sim in a phone I had from virgin. If I now get a new phone from o2 can still use the old virgin sim?
