Why do you use RPI and not CPI like all the other mobile & broadband
providers as you are clearly charging more than them so not very
competitive and network not as good as some other providers either?
I think you'll find the same with most mobile companies. I've been with
EE for 9 years and just ended my contract due to rubbish network despite
their claims. They weren't interested in keeping me as a customer either
so loyalty stands for nothing!
