Unable to receive calls or texts after number port from EE to O2

Hi,

My number ported from EE to O2 over 2 weeks ago. I am able to make calls, send texts and use data services but I am unable to receive calls or texts. I have contacted customer services twice who said this was a split port and they would resolve it but this has still not been solved. I require my phone for work so would be grateful for any assistance in solving this problem.
