Since being changed from Virgin Media to 02 my mobile doesn't work. I can't access the internet and I can't make or receive phone calls. How can I fix this or how do I close my account with 02?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I can't make phone calls and so I can't phone 202 or 0344 809 0202. The 02 website doesn't seem to have an IT chat box service, so there's no way to ask them to fix the problem unless I find another phone to call them on, in which case the 202 won't work.
