Since being put on 02 my mobile doesn't work. No internet and no phone calls.

Since being changed from Virgin Media to 02 my mobile doesn't work. I can't access the internet and I can't make or receive phone calls. How can I fix this or how do I close my account with 02?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I can't make phone calls and so I can't phone 202 or 0344 809 0202. The 02 website doesn't seem to have an IT chat box service, so there's no way to ask them to fix the problem unless I find another phone to call them on, in which case the 202 won't work.

It is possible your VM SIM needs to be swapped for a branded O2 one, an O2 shop can do this if you bring photo id with you @JPT1
