after placing an order a week ago i still haven't had a response. I have given it more than 5 days. I cannot seem to speak to anyone and the online assistant just keeps sending me to o2 app where as i have no number with you does not help! Do you want my custom or not?

You need to speak to o2.
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 0800 032 1402 or 0800 081 0255
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
