Hi

i moved to 02 on Wednesday and my phone number still hasn’t transferred. Please can you look into this, I really don’t want this new number

Sorry, but we are all customers here.

As your number has not transferred before the weekend you could be looking at Monday or Tuesday. O2 should have text you a date.

Looks like you will need to contact O2.
