As a new customer, I ordered an iPhone 15 pro 128GB contract from O2 on 24th of Jan.. Now, it's 2nd Feb today and I still haven't got any response from them, even after their clear statement that they will get touch in 24 hours. My upfront has been deducted since 24th. I have made several complaints through the customer service agents but they have no idea what's going on. Can anyone help?
