I applied for a new account with O2 on Saturday 28th October. I also gave the PAC code to transfer from vodafone to O2. I have not yet received the SIM card and I am going away next week and would like to port the number before I go. Please can you let me know the status of my order.

As this is a 02 customer forum O2 representatives are not normally about. Call 

0344 809 0202

This is the O2 customer service number. They are available from 8am-8pm Mon To Friday
