Hi, I was offered the 20% loyalty discount when I joined O2 along with a £15 credit for delays and overcharges. 2 weeks later nothing showing on my account for these. I’ve tried the agent chat function on numerous occasions but usually get the ‘we are extremely busy …’ response
is there a particular section of the app I should check for this ?
