I signed up to a SIM only deal with O2 on 16/11/23. Being a Virgin Media customer I was told that, as a Black Friday offer I would have my data doubled - 30Gb to 60Gb. So far this hasn't happened.

See if you can activate it in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If not, contact customer service.

If you have Virgin Media Broadband you will get the Volt benefits around 14 days after sign up.
