can you please explain why I have a bill up to 18/01/2024 when I do not even have the sim yet and only placed the order yesterday? please sort this out I will activate my right to cancel I am having problems before I have not even started is not good.

The billing starts a day or so after ordering
You pay a month in advance and payment is always due 14 days after the billing date
Customer service will credit you for the days up to the actual activation date
