Could you please tell me when you are likely to fix my network issues.You have been texting me since 22nd July
indicating that you are working hard to fix the problems. Although the problem was going on well before that.
I am finding unacceptable that my phone is constantly showing Emergency calls only. Cutting out in the
middle of a call. Or not connecting at all. Or showing Not registered on this network. Some texts will not send straight away.
I feel very irritated that the only call I could make to speak to someone is being charged at £40 plus pounds.
I have been a very good customer of yours for years and I am very disappointed that I feel so dissatisfied

Have you got Wifi Calling on your phone? If so, you can use that.

Unfortunately O2 can't give time scales for mast repairs. There are many factors involved. (Permission to get on the land etc.)
